The room was very clean (it looked like it had been recently updated). the shower was spacious. I liked the rainfall showerhead. the bed was indeed very comfortable.
the lighting in the room was quite dim, especially near the wardrobe, making it difficult to see clothing clearly.

good sizewalk-in shower
The bedroom was a good size, and the bathroom had a great walk in shower. breakfast was excellent and so was dinner in the bar. I even got a discount for being a resident.
the building is old so it's very creaky, and the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors.

Average Stay with Some Disappointments

street noisethin glazing
The noise was definitely an issue. I could hear guests in the next room, and the street was busy late into the night. Early morning street cleaning and refuse collection added to the problem. It might be worth investing in better glazing to reduce the noise levels because earplugs were not enough. A REALLY good night's sleep was impossible.
